I liked everything about the hotel, I have o complaints whatsoever. The cup of tea on arrival was most welcoming after a long day travelling, the room was exceptionally clean, as was the whole property. The hosts were very friendly. Even though we were there at a very busy family time (two daughters birthdays) we were made to feel at home. Wonderful peaceful setting with exceptional country views. Seeing the hatching of the blue tits was an added bonus. Easy access to Padstow and Port Isaac. -

Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard.
When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting. Cozy, cool sitting and eating areas. A greta place to relax and just get comfortable... Simon and Vanessa ROCK!!! -

We received a friendly welcome, the decor and art work were unusual and immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We discovered a beach called Lusty Glaze which was within easy walking distance of Bedlam House which was absolutely fantastic. The train journey from Exeter to Newquay was very scenic and really added to the whole experience.

Caroline was very hospitable. The pot of tea on arrival was a lovely touch. Great to be within walking distance of Looe itself with some really helpful hints about where to eat from Caroline. What can I say?
The location is perfect. Our room was Suite 6 which is simply the most wonderful room we have ever stayed in; from the views over the harbour to the roll top bath.
Angela & Olivier (& Louise) have clearly put so much of themselves into the place, the decor, the ambiance is just perfect.
Olivier cooks a mean breakfast just to top it all off & the coffee is delightful.
We will certainly return & if you are wondering whether to visit or not..... Go for it!!!

Spectacularly clean. High end quality finish with attention to detail. Considerate owners who obviously desire to please. Opulent and relaxing at the same time. Beautiful biscuits/beverages with mini fridge. Fresh milk - perfect. Flowers created a true sense of countryside - Breakfast was an absolute treat with attention to quality and detail. We could not have hoped for a better stay and it flavoured our holiday with nothing but serenity and happiness.
