Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard.
When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting. We received a friendly welcome, the decor and art work were unusual and immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We discovered a beach called Lusty Glaze which was within easy walking distance of Bedlam House which was absolutely fantastic. The train journey from Exeter to Newquay was very scenic and really added to the whole experience.

What can I say?
The location is perfect. Our room was Suite 6 which is simply the most wonderful room we have ever stayed in; from the views over the harbour to the roll top bath.
Angela & Olivier (& Louise) have clearly put so much of themselves into the place, the decor, the ambiance is just perfect.
Olivier cooks a mean breakfast just to top it all off & the coffee is delightful.
We will certainly return & if you are wondering whether to visit or not..... Go for it!!!

Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.
