David and Lydie were extremely friendly hosts and were very helpful in

It's a really lovely decorated house. The owners are extremely
friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty with good choice of
food (glutenfree, vegeterian, vegan was no problem). The area was
extremely quiet during night time. The house is in walking distance to
the castle and the royal mile. There are several good restaurants in
walking distance (5-10 minutes).

The staff was super friendly and service was great, food looked and tasted just great for the price u pay, shower head was broken in our room on arrival, upon telling it was fixed by the time we got back.
It was very clean, and the house is 150 years old and has a real Victorian feel to it, the ceiling is just wonderful.
The info we got is some of the best i've seen and gotten in a B&B its complete and one piece of paper has everything you need.

Very warm welcome, well equiped comfortable room, extremely helpful host who was a mind of local information and who seemed genuine in wanting us to make the most of our stay. We chose this because we don't like to be in the center of the big towns we visit. Even if it is a little bit far from the Edinburgh centre, the bus connection is excellent and at a few steps from the house. The Portobello beach is also close, a stunning place, really worth a visit.
Loved the host, very nice lady and very pleasant. Loved the stories she told me about the house. Very good recommendations also.

Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

Excellent facilities in large traditional Edinburgh house, central
situation with easy access to town centre and attractions. Very
reasonably priced for facilities and the fact that it was a Rugby
Weekend which usually incurs doubling the price by many other Hotels and
Guest Houses. Whilst the guest house doesn't do breakfasts there are
good facilities nearbye, although for this particular weekend the host
cooked all guests who were visiting for the rugby a great breakfast on
both mornings in h

A really welcoming atmosphere in this old-style house in the area of the
Haymarket station (West-End). You will have comfort, cleanliness and an
excellent scottish breakfast! Do not be afraid of the dog: Bracken is
harmless. You can have a look of him snoring on You Tube! Une ambiance
