Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

After a day on the road coming to the "Vineyard" is like paradise. We were upgraded to the garden suite at no further cost and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. medicine and helped nurse me when I had sunstroke, gave my wife a
blanket to keep her warm at the rugby and lent us their gps to get
there. Beautiful accommodation, really comfy bed and option to dine on

by staff as a complimentary. -
Location was very easy to find and rooms were very clear and well presented.

We got a very spacious room with a nice view. The farm is quite big and
you feel very safe. Easily reachable. Breakfast was very good for us
vegetarians. I appreciated how the check-in and check-out was smooth,

More like staying with family than at a guest house! Excellent service and high security, which is an absolute necessity nowadays. The atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly and clean great location Thanks you very much for the pleasant stay. We wished we could stay longer. Just a short walk to the waterfront. Self service complimentary breakfast. secure parking if needed. We were made to feel at home by the owners. We will go back to Knysna just to stay there. -

The person on duty came out at one o'clock in the morning to let me in.
I was given a breakfast woucher for Spur which was great value as I was on a budget.
There were also bicycles to hire so getting around was no problem.

I was impressed with the fact that Luna Lodge is conveniently located, not far away from the garden route. The place is spotless clean and the rates are reasonable and affordable.
