The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. It was very comfortable.
It was for our wedding night and the next morning for breakfast the hotel staff gave us cake and sweets, really nice of them!

Perfect styling of rooms, and enviroment. Breakfast in very nice atmosphere. Owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of recommondations for the day. The owners were very friendly and helpful in telling us about things to see in the area - room was small very clean furnished beautifully and in line with being in the heart of Zulu land. We really enjoyed it totally relaxing lovely pools and braai areas in the courtyard. The breakfast provided was also very nice and set you up for the day I would certainly recomend to friends.

The place was amazing, all the small things that make a place not just good, but great were there. The breakfast was lovely, the staff really helpful, they treated you like a friend rather than a guest, and the setting and gardens to die for.

The comfy setting and the area for the kids to play and swim and braai facilities were great! The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived and our cottage was not ready however they still made a plan for us as we needed to change to get to a function! Very clean and central, close to beach and shops! -
