The owner and staff made us feel very welcome. We found the rooms very comfortable and cosy and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was well presented with a wide selection for all tastes and of very good quality. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with a lovely pool. -

We booked the Victoria and Alfred Guest House randomly because it was close to Port Elisabeth Airport. We just wanted a pad for the night but it exceed expectations with a very comfortable room and en suite facilities, helpful staff and a splendid breakfast. The shops, waterfront, restaurants and a welcoming golf course were a short drive away. -

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The manager phoned to find out what time we'd be checking in, and if there was anything special we'd like in the minibar. My wife wasn't feeling well, and he arranged a special vegetarian meal for us.The room was great, the service excellent and the food was delicious.
