The hotel is almost an art gallery as you can see artwork or paintings everywhere even inside your room. The location is perfect, close to most of the attractions and the sea. The beautiful architecture and interior design show the taste of the owner.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in hands down! The staff was amazing! Else the owner is always there to greet you and help with anything you need. We came without really having an agenda and by the time we finished breakfast she had booked all of our excursions! Staff was excellent and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable -- the entire house was comfortable and inviting. Staff was willing to help with answering questions and made our airport shuttle arrangements. Just a lovely Guest Home --- I highly recommend it to others! Location was perfect!

The staff were great, just couldn't do enough for you and the hotel
itself is a great mix of the old original house and newly built annex
with lots of facilities, including a bar, jaccuzzi (if the weather
allows), good size pool etc.Breakfast is also of a high standard with an
excellent continental selection as well as choice of hot options. The
breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing
background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

The hotel was situated perfectly for enjoying city life, the beach and in close proximity to the sporting event we had entered. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. It was an excellent location from which to explore Cape Town and the surrounding countryside inclsuding the Cape of Good Hope. It was also great to have a kitchen and the option to eat in instead of out - a real treat on a long trip. It was clean, the staff charming and we would certainly go back there again. Free parking too!

I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one.
Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B. One thing though you should provide lemons for tea. -
