I really enjoyed the comfort and privacy and personal space. It was a comforting environment with friendly accommodating staff who made you feel welcome at all times. Always there to provide service in any ways. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling. -

The room we had was a bit hot, so they moved us into the next available room the next day, without us even asking for a change.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
It was very quite given that we were in Johannesburg.
Worth way more than what we paid!! -

Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. The staff- friendly and helpful from the outset-even before you enter the doors of the hotel.
The rooms were luxurious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The location was very convenient for shopping. All in all, a marvellous experience.
