  I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value.   The owners and there parents made our anniversary very pleasant. Breakfast were good value and the staff is helpful and friendly. The fireplace warm the house up nice at night.Was a GREAT STAY. - Best breakfats in the world and the staff is extremely friendly. they also helped us with brochures of places we could visit while there.

  We had a wonderful stay at Tonquani. Staff were friendly and welcoming, we were upgraded to a luxury cabin which had everything we could ask for. We marvelled at the wild guinea pigs!
