Reception staff extremely helpful, and although we had booked 'one room', all the 'rooms' are actually suites, and ours was in an annexe with its own patio leading down to the lake's edge. The restaurant was excellent, and the gardens were beautiful with two swimming pools. -

I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.
Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value. Will certainly return. -
The apartment was very spacious
... lo que la gente dice » and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home straight away. Within walking distance to the Waterfront. Secure, underground parking. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was lovely. Very cosmopolitan feel to the setting.

We liked the rooms and location. It was spacious and modern.
If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential. I hope they take heed of my advice. -
