  My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Hermanus Dorpshuys Guesthouse. Cecilia and Koos are delightful! They are very accommodating. They gave us great tips on things to do and see. Our room was wonderful! It was spacious, very clean, updated. Plus we had a tub and shower and the most comfortable bed!!! We felt like queens at breakfast! Owners/Hosts are very accommodating; nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent-much of it home prepared and/or locally sourced. Exceptional value for money; a real "find".

  Wonderful! Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Great location with shops nearby, including a laundrette which we found useful. Elma is so lovely, and made us feel extremely welcome. Happy to recommend things to do and places to go. Felt very secure as it's situated in a secured estate. Very cheap for the location and room. 5 mins drive from town. Big spacious rooms and fully equipt with the necessary things for a self catering location. The lady in charge was incredibly friendly and helpful (e.g. when she recommended our breakfast place) and the place was very clean. - First of all, the owner (Elma) was one of the nicest we've met in our trip to south africa ! Other than that, you'll get great and fully equipped apartment with all the things you need. The apartment was very clean, and it's located in a safe and quiet location which is easy to find and just few minutes drive from the center of Hermanus.
