The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices and value for money; use of the business centre at no extra cost was a godsend - see wi-fi
The entrance/lobby very spacious and felt homely. I would definitely stay at the Portswood again

habitaciones amplias - location and pool and gardens - Smily and friendly staff. Great breakfast, fab views and nice big pool. Secure grounds with electric gate w/ night security was a benefit as I was travelling solo. A lovely stay and a short walk to gorgeous beaches of Camps Bay

I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying
