It had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and personable and straightforward. It was comfortable without being overly expensive so really good value for money. -

The hotel is great for business visit, near Metro, Moscow Train station and convinient to travel to/from Moscow. Location is fine to see the city. It's good choice for 1-2 nights stop. I loved absolutely everything! My room (classic double) was clean, spacious, with lots of day light and very comfortable for resting and working. The room service is also excellent. The breakfast was delicious with rich variety of choices. The staff is very nice, caring and helpful.
The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.

A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly.
The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.
We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
