It was comfortable without being overly expensive so really good value for money. - Red Stars Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Great value.

Просторный номер (стандартный двухместный) удобен и для работы (есть зона с письменным столом) и для отдыха (огромная двухспальная кровать) и для приема гостей. Отель расположен около метро. Мы приедем неоднократно - The hotel is great for business visit, near Metro, Moscow Train station and convinient to travel to/from Moscow. Location is fine to see the city. It's good choice for 1-2 nights stop. Clean and calm, but near main Nevsky Avenue. And also the best restaraunt in the Hotel, try and you will love it! Also good breakfast! - position, very close to the train station and close to the center. very silent room, good frigo-bar, clean, cosy. They kept our luggages for free after the check-out while we went enjoying the city before going back.

  we stayed at a room that is at street side. it was very comfortable, we had everything what we need. Location of hotel is central and convenient. Reception is at the third floor, don't surprise. The staff were very helpfull and the most important thing is all staff know english very well. The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.

  A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. In addition, there is a closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers, an iron board and - The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested. We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
