It had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and personable and straightforward. It was comfortable without being overly expensive so really good value for money. -

The hotel is great for business visit, near Metro, Moscow Train station and convinient to travel to/from Moscow. Location is fine to see the city. It's good choice for 1-2 nights stop. Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly.
The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.
We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.
There is also a tea/shop just below the hotel and it is all day long busy with very good looking

The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

This is a really nice micro-hotel. Recently renovated and renovated well. Rooms like Nevsky Palace but 1/3rd the price! The room was nice, clean, LCD TV with sat. Bathroom was new, had quality European toiletries in the bathroom, water in the shower was pure and clean. Excellent breakfast included.

The rooms are excellent - spacious and quiet altough facing the Nevsky Prospekt. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect - the Tube station is very close to the hotel, a big shopping centre Stokmann is withing 5min walk and there is a great restaurant ont he last floor - Restaurant Moskva.
