  The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or ... lo que la gente dice » even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. ( - Very comfortable, good service, efficient service, good location for travel into city or further afield as near Shinkansen line. Not too fancy but good basics.

  Friendly staff, We arrived early, and got a room after 10 minutes. Good connection with limousine bus direct from Narita. Handy with shops and restaurants just under hotel.
