  The staff are very friendly and helped me in many ways, especially while I'm hindered by the lack of communication skills in the local language (Japanese), most staff are able to speak my language to ensure every moment of my stay as well as getting around is easy and enjoyable. This is very important, especially most Japanese can't speak in English. But they are good at English so as to communicate with you easily!!! Also, you can meet lots of new friends from different countries in YHV.

  Although it was capsule room accomodations, the bath and spa area was quite convenient and relaxing both before and after sleep. Had a western style toilet available which is a plus for a budget hotel in Japan. Great for a one night business traveler. - If you have the opportunity, stay here for a night.   I booked a single room with a big bed. Of course the room was small but it was fine for one person. There's a small kitchen on the 5th floor with gas cooker, a rice cooker and electric urn. The communal shower and Japanese bath is stocked with all the necessary items; but it opens only after 2pm. I like the quiet district.I like the large and convienient bathroom. The staff was hepfull even if they couldn't speak English.
