  The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or ... was die leute sagen » even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized.
