Super nice hotel, great location, helpful and super friendly staff! No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Our stay in Qunci Villas was absolutely fantastic. The service from every member of staff was faultless, they read your mind. As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, good value for money & a beautiful view of the ocean.

Staff customer service exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast was vast and of a very high quality.
Guests common facilities (gardens, pool, restaurants) are impeccable.
Staff really care about the guest, is genuine. They are not just doing their job but struggle to make you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and go again if I have the opportunity.

First of all the people working in the resort are excellent-you are the guest and not just the number.Also the cook is very good and he always comes to the table to ask a guest if the food is good.Breakfasts and dinners on the beach are something special.And at last Yuca-the owner is very nice person.
