Super nice hotel, great location, helpful and super friendly staff! No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. Breakfast was vast and of a very high quality.
Guests common facilities (gardens, pool, restaurants) are impeccable.
Staff really care about the guest, is genuine. They are not just doing their job but struggle to make you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and go again if I have the opportunity.
