The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name.
Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice.

We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes. Very warm and kind welcoming of the staff when we arrived and also during our stay. You can ask anything.
The breakfast and location is great. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes. This makes it a very quite place to relax.

Lokha was a great place to stay in Legian for few days as it is located short walk to the beach & only 1-5 minute walk to plenty of spas to try out. 1 hr massage approx. $6, do I need to say more!! Taxi to Kuta night life costs about $3 & same amount to go to Seminyak to see Potato Head etc. Also pool area at hotel is nice & food is go

comfy and it didn't take us 20 minutes to get to the pool. Swim up

daughter had one every day! Breaky was great too. For what we paid we
were more than happy with our stay at the Lokha & I have
recommended this hotel to friends who have already booked their stay.

We had booked a pool view room. The lower rooms are already renewed, the top not yet. After seeing the top room we were a little dissapointed. The offered us a upgrade to another room. No pool view but an absolutely beautiful room!! Staff is friendly, nice swimming pool with pool bar and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very quiet. 10

The management team is very thoughtful in preparing the villa for the guest. You can find everything you need in the villa. From pool tower, toaster, oven, electric kettle, free mineral water with dispenser, fridge, DVD player with DVDs, cellular phone, you name it! Loved this place! It was our first time in Bali and this place was an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The pool is great though the bar was rarely open. The food was good, but not much choice for breakfast.
The tour operator was useful in guiding us through the many tour/diving/snorkeling options that they had. The prices are higher than other vendors around Legian but the service was good. They are quite flexible in terms of payment accepting both rupiah and dolla

The staff were amazing. So attentive and courteous. "Safe" taxis were called for us and quite secure. Pool area is beautiful, bit small on Bali standards, but clean well kept. Apartment like room. Brother and Friends paid more than us in Kuta but got a dingy room, whereas ours was amazing. (They were all feeling ripped off) $2.50 taxi ride to Kuta

Fantastic staff, great location and excellent facilities. The restaurants at the hotel were also nice. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and right next to the beach. I found the area nice and quiet compared to Kuta with a few bars and hotels still being built. Overall we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again

I loved the tranquil traditional gardens with lovely arch ways and statues. It was an oasis in the middle of bussling streets. Staff went about their business quietly and were always friendly. The restaurant food was great too. Loved & looked forward to my traditional Balinese breakfast every morning. -

The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in. Best holiday in Bali ever and the Jayakarte was the reason for this! :)

Its my fourth stay and I recognise staff from previous visits which I like. I adore the gardens and the openess of the whole complex. I also love to be on the beach so one can wander along the waterfront to go to different restaurants. I love the fact that you have three swimming pools and also three quite different areas to have breakfast.

We loved our stay at Legian Beach Hotel. The food was amazing in the restaurant and the Brekky was awesome!! Great variety!! The garden bungalow was big enough for the two of us, clean and maintained. Being this was my 3rd time in Bali, the Legian Beach Hotel is my preferred place to stay!! Right on the beach front with two pools and ample sun beds and lounges for everyone. Shopping a few steps out the door. Perfect location. Look forward to a return stay!!
