Ammolitos is apart-Hotel, very close to the beautiful beach (100 m) - only huge children playground is between hotel and beach, and 7-8 minutes walk from city center.   This hotel is the most beautiful from Stavros with spacious rooms, great mountain view and a big garden. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday there. The beach in Stavros is great (just sand). Costa, the boss is a great chef(cook) and his entire staff was very polite and tried their best to make us feel great there.   Better than I expected, clean place, looks like new, shadowed back yard, sheets and towels changed every day on demand. Close to the beach, 10 minutes whit 2 kids. Excellent services, everything you need just ask Teodosious. Some people compleined here about the noise, that's not truth, no main road crossing by.
