Ammolitos is apart-Hotel, very close to the beautiful beach (100 m) - only huge children playground is between hotel and beach, and 7-8 minutes walk from city center.   This hotel is the most beautiful from Stavros with spacious rooms, great mountain view and a big garden. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday there. The beach in Stavros is great (just sand). Costa, the boss is a great chef(cook) and his entire staff was very polite and tried their best to make us feel great there.
