We had an excellent time at Yacinthos. We were treated like a family from the very start, and got a big hug at goodbye. The staff was very helpful, providing everything we asked for. The owner is a lovely lady, who prepares excellent breakfast, and making sure you're happy at all times.

Everything was excellent! Angelika was very friendly for us and helpful at any moment of the day! We are a young couple and we stayed here for one week in the middle of May. The weather was really nice around 28 degrees. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants near and the beach is just over the road. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are really clean and comfortable, we had a nice balcony with a pool view. (you might also get a room with almost no view at all!) The hotel is located at a very nice, long beach. We liked Rethymnon much more than Hania, it's definitely worth visiting! -

THE beach (it's only a massive one, many kilometers long, that goes from Rethymno port all the way) is cleaner and not crowded around Athina. So it's perfect if you want a calm, nice, pleasant spot by the beach. Restaurants/bakeries are 5 minutes away. -
