Having arrived late on a ferry into Heraklion, we were warmly welcomed by Yannis into his hotel with pizza and beers. Barbara Studios is strategically located in the old town. Minutes away
from restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, fort, town centre, and the old
port. 15 minutes walk from the Rethymno bus station, beach. Really,

Good place in the heart of old city, close to almost everything. Nice rooms, clean & quiet place. Perfect choice for those, who want to stay at Rethymno for a night or two -

Everything! We stayed in the maisonette and it fitted the bill
perfectly, all facilities provided. Our hostess went beyond the call
of duty and her staff could not have been more pleseant and obliging.
The location was perfect for us to explore the town without having to
walk miles and bearing in mind we were there for the Easter
celebrations we were in a fairly quiet area. Thank you Katerina,
Chrisoula and everyone else.

The manager of the hotel Lefteris is a wonderful person who will always be glad to help you and give you good advice. The beach is just across the road and the supermarket is only 200 metres away.
