The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!

El dueño es muy amable, la habitación es grande y muy práctica, la cama , muy cómoda y tiene edredón de plumas. Está al lado de los rascacielos y de la estación central .Tiene calefacción, muy importante en invierno ( hace un frío que pela ). La cocina está totalmente equipada y el dueño deja un montón de cosas para comer ( leche, cereales, café, té, pan de molde, nutella, mermelada, etc.

The local staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made our stay quite nice. Although the hotel's central booking department (located elsewhere) was confusing and not so responsive. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the area. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. -
