The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!

My room had an amazing view of the river (this was in December), with the museums and the lights reflecting on the water. It was clean and spacious and had lots of cabinets and shelves. The local staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made our stay quite nice. Although the hotel's central booking department (located elsewhere) was confusing and not so responsive. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the area. I would recommend it and stay here again so long as the price is decent.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess
