I booked this hotel in April, actually, when I saw the reviews, some people said it was not a ready hotel, I had little unhappy and worried, but my book was non-refundable. However, when I arrived there, I just asked a room with FiWi and TV, the staff said "we have FiWi and TV every room now". Then I thought that's so good, it's better than before. After that, I found the other problems also be solved which these reviews said previous, such as water problem, all of draws on the wall. The other.
todo comentarios » The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms! The location is great, the hotel is opposite of the European National Bank, you're. The location was just perfect! Close to all you might be looking for during your trip in Frankfurt: shopping centers, museums, tourist attractions, public transportation, all just a few steps away... The room was pretty clean and comfortable. I stayed only one night, arrived rather late and left very early, so I can't really rate the staff, but they have been very kind and helpful during check-in. The Hotel (at least my room and the whole floor) where very clean. The possition of the hotel The fact that the very polite receptionist upgraded our triple room to a bigger one without extra cost to a bigger one when he realized that the baby cot we asked was small for our daughter. The service was ok, easy walking distance to all of tourist areas. The room is Big and bright, as well as comfortable and quiet. Comparing its price with other hotels in same area, it was very value for money. Convenient location. Quality, budget friendly accomodation. We arrived into Frankfurt very early (about 10am) and initially just wanted to drop our bags because we were aware that check-in was not until later that afternoon, but the receptionist was very kind and said they already had a room ready that we could have. If you are leaving/arriving during night hours there might not be a way to contact the staff in charge of the hotel. There is a problem with the main entrace door, it always stay opened... No real complaints - thi sis not a luxury hotel, but if you want a clean and good-value hotel in a central location, it is ideal. Only issue is lack of on-site car-parking, but a public covered car park is available nearby for 20 Euros per 24 hours. entrance way was very unappealling, could use a more professional signage outside and could use some area carpets to make the room more cozy. breakfast not every day they give me money to eat out side. Nothing. The fridge was a little dirty and there were no provisions for tea, coffee or a kettle. Does not look like a hotel from outside. Located above casinos, reception on the second floor of an office (residential?) building. No parking facility.Furniture does not fit into the large, empty room. Advertised with air conditioning, there was none, room seemed a bit sterile and very cheap - overpriced for the actual accommodation - you pay for the city location. I didn`t had tv and Internet, one of the receptionists didnt speak English. The reception was not working at 7.30 am, no breakfast. It is still new place and not ready. Floor of the room was not that clean. When we stayed it was very hot and the room had no air-con or fan, so we kept the windows open all night. As a result, it was very noisy (the disadvantage of the central location). This is certainly not a 3-star hotel. Plastic floors (no carpet), small beds, empty fridge, not even a glass or a plastic cup in the bathroom. Looks more like a hostel to me, even though the room was large and bathroom was recently reconstructed. This is not a hotel by any means. Rooms are awful , nothing in it and you have to ask for any and every service. Rooms has no tv , no wire nor wireless Internet (they can provide you with a usb stick ) . The owner informed me that the hotel is not yet officially opened and stii work on progress. Fake photos, very dirty. One creepy chainese man at reception. Asked for a smoking room, wasn't available, so he said you can smoke only 2 cigarettes a day in the non-smoking room!!!!!. not bad staff but when i arrived at 07:00am there was no body there until 09:00am & the parking for cars is like 500m away from the hotel. Their iron dirtied my shirt!!. The hotel was not prepared to welcome guests as advertised, Wifi, breakfast, tv and front office were missing.
