We didn't meet the owner, but the manager was very pleasant and punctual in responding to emails. The building was secure; the location was great. There is a digital system for entering the apartment, so no wait time trying to meet up with owners to receive the key like we've had with other apartments. Off-street parking was also a plus. The apartment was really comfy. Excellent value for the money. It was about 15 minutes walk from the subway, and pretty close to nice restaurants. It is easy to gets taxi from the street towards Providencia City center. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you travell alone or as a couple. I love it!

El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para que no tuviésemos problemas
en nuestra estadía (aire acondicionado, computador, wifi, secador de
pelo y ropa, dvd con películas, etc). Además, Antonio fue muy preocupado
e incluso nos recomendó ricos restaurantes cercanos al edificio.
Totalmente recomendado.

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!

Everything and everyone were wonderful. The decor was very pleasing and comfortable in all of the areas. The location was perfect - a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with shops and the subway to the city center nearby. All our needs were more than met, and they were very helpful when we needed to solve a travel problem. I would love to stay there again.
