We didn't meet the owner, but the manager was very pleasant and punctual in responding to emails. The building was secure; the location was great. The apartment was really comfy. Excellent value for the money. It was about 15 minutes walk from the subway, and pretty close to nice restaurants. It is easy to gets taxi from the street towards Providencia City center. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you travell alone or as a couple. I love it!

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. Location is excellent - my main reason for the original choice of staying there, which I did on four separate occasions, using Santiago as a hub for travel to all points of the compass. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location - close to restaurants and the metro (red line). Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Santiago.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!

Everything and everyone were wonderful. The decor was very pleasing and comfortable in all of the areas. The location was perfect - a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with shops and the subway to the city center nearby. All our needs were more than met, and they were very helpful when we needed to solve a travel problem. I would love to stay there again.
