We didn't meet the owner, but the manager was very pleasant and punctual in responding to emails. The building was secure; the location was great. The apartment was really comfy. Excellent value for the money. It was about 15 minutes walk from the subway, and pretty close to nice restaurants. It is easy to gets taxi from the street towards Providencia City center. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you travell alone or as a couple. I love it!

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.
