Conny and Arend, the owners/operators are absolutely the nicest people! They made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all their guests without being intrusive in any way.
The grounds are beautiful and relaxing.
The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
Breakfasts were delicious, generous portions, and enjoyed while watching the birds and squirrel just beyond the deck.

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

They used high end finishes and fixtures which made the room seem like a much more expensive hotel. When the staff found out it was my companion's birthday they left us a bottle of complimentary wine. A nice touch! I would stay here again in a minute. Great location, too! -

We loved the quaint atmosphere that surrounded the place. It is a century home that was once a doctor's office and it is now the most lovely B&B that I've seen. Owners are super friendly, food was amazing. Always drinks and snacks available to us. They were very accommodating with our requests. -

The host, Bob is just a delight and his meals are outstanding. Accommodations were wonderful (love the bed!) and we loved floating down the river (right in front of the B&B) on our noodles. The Wild Swan feels like home. -
