The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I liked the peacefulness and nature atomospher of the resort. Love the fact that it offers many water activities on site such as canoeing, kayaking etc. close distance to sandbanks beach, offers many sports. We liked the resort location, and enjoyed a great meal in the Veranda in
the restaurant, and breakfast in the dining room the next morning. We
had hoped to be out on the patio, but the weather was a bit too cool. We
did enjoy the lake view from our table, and a wonderful evening sunset.

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding

Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

We went with two families and the units were perfect for us to be together but still have our own space. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen which allowed us to bring all our own food, and make the vacation affordable. The room rates were also fantastic given how spacious the units are. -
