Location was excellent. You are right in the middle of everything. Trolley and boat cruises are right there. Staff was excellent and helpful. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Convenient to city locations, and highways. Good restaurants near by with nice shopping areas. Nice access to Stratford, St. Mary's and Toronto. Jack Astor's is a cool place to eat just around the corner and the service and food was very good. -

Conny and Arend, the owners/operators are absolutely the nicest people! They made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all their guests without being intrusive in any way.
The grounds are beautiful and relaxing.
The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
Breakfasts were delicious, generous portions, and enjoyed while watching the birds and squirrel just beyond the deck.

The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.
