The Spa pool (whirlpool) was excellent, temperature good. easy to access. Gym was clean, and modern, with treadmill, elliptical and weights, which was great. The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

Lots of amenities - budget priced room included separate bed and sitting
area by using a partial room divider. Fridge, microwave, coffee/tea
maker, iron, ironing board in room and complimentary breakfast in
restaurant. Even though hotel is beside multi-lane expressway it is
situated so rooms are at the back of the road and one didn't hear

For the price we paid I felt we got good value. Attending the PGA the location was good. A Continental Breakfast was included and the staff in charge made everyone feel comfortable with conversation. Looks like some renovations have been done and everything was clean.

Close to city centre and train station for Agawa canyon. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Underground parking was a real plus. -
Bed was excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast. Relief to see covers on the mattress and pillows.

The hotel was clean, organized and up to date. Unlike one bad review it did not have bedbugs, it was not rundown and the facilities are not in need of renovations. We had a very nice microwave/sink/fridge area in our Queen suite with a flat screen TV and a nice window ledge cushioned reading nook. -
