The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

This hotel was incredibly impressive - easy to get to, comfortable beds, well detailed, clean and modern suites, extensive breakfast with a lot of choices, and great value. The staff was always helpful and super acommodating. I would definitely stay here again. -

The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room.

The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.
