La ubicacion - Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. - Day clerk very helpful.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great location when flying from
Ottawa airport. Airport shuttle (7 minute ride to the airport) is part of the reason for selecting this hotel - and it was very efficient.
We have stayed here before and will again. Keg Steakhouse is right next door! -

I liked the secure underground parking, the breakfast buffett was the best I've ever seen & the rooms were excellent! Clean, luxurious, roomy & very pleasant to stay at while away for business. I will definitley be back the next time Im in Ottawa. -

The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.
The beds and pillows are the best. -

The most pet friendly hotel we ever stayed at, the Comfort Inn really made us feel welcome.
Amazing staff! The gentleman at the reception desk was so helpful and friendly. He pointed us towards the main attractions in the area and gave us great advice (to try to fit Old Quebec city into our trip) luckily we listened to him and it turned out to be

The Cartier Place is a wonderful hotel. Centrally located to many of
the attractions. One feature that we enjoyed was the kitchenette.
Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we
were not rushed to get out of the hotel in the mornings to find
something to eat.

The staff were extra helpful, and I found the room very comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was steady and strong which is important for a business traveler. This location is convenient and fairly close to the airport. -
