Great room. Very spacious with a good size sitting room, a nice dining area and a full kitchen with 4 appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave) and everything you need ( plates, cutlery, pots, etc...). This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

The personal is charming and will help you whenever you need something. I had the Quebec Room and it was huge, luminous, with a queen-size bed. The breakfast was good as well (self-served with a large choice). The atmosphere is cosy and the inn is really lovely, I recommend you this bed & breakfast, you will definitely enjoy your stay! -

The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.

We stayed there for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It was close to everything and the breakfast was wonderful and filling. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The 2 gentlemen on the front desk were very helpful and made us feel right at home. We will stay here again the next time we are in Ottawa - Comfortable, great bed, felt

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

was closed for my four day stay. -
