The location was very convenient and our top floor room was quiet and had been recently refurbished. Security was excellent and breakfast was ok. Resraurants and a supermarket were close by, there was some work still to be done around the buildings, but it didn't affect us. -

We really enjoyed staying in the student Resident units in place of a hotel, for a few reasons. I like that it was close to transit hub and an easy 15 min bus ride to
downtown Ottawa. It was clean and well maintained, both inside and out
(landscaping etc). The staff were quick and efficient, we checked in at
3 pm with a large group also checking in and didn't have to wait
very long. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and what was
available for restaurants and attractions. Heather was especially
helpful with some great tips on the area.

The rooms were very very clean, really enjoyed that it was easy to control the temperature. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet stay. The staff was excellent, also the inclusion of soap/extra towels/body soap was more than I expected from an apart-hotel. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend as well as book again. -

It's a very economical place to stay when we visit Ottawa and it makes an ideal base because it's easy to get downtown or to the West end. It's always very clean and comfortable. The room we had this time was quite large.We also appreciate the breakfast and a newspaper first thing in the morning and we were always greeted in a friendly manner. We have made two visits.

Centre because my husband was ill. When we was prescribed medical, we
could get it at the Shopper's Drug Mart. Convenient area for us. We

We arrived very late so the 24h reception was really useful. The motel looked slightly run-down on the outside (keep in mind I looked at it at night), but the room was very clean and well maintaned. The location was easy to find, Tim Hortons across the street, no idea what else is in the area. Excellent value for the money.
