  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  I like facilities, staff services on desk, room services. The parking facilities is also very good. My family like because there is a wave pool, hot tub and other rides. They enjoyed a lot.   The room was spotless; temperture very comfortable. Spacious & quiet. I had an excellent night's rest. Had been given a room with handicapped facilities which was much appreciated. - Like the spaciousness of the room, the gym, the breakfast selections.
