Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and has great access to the Cat (free city Buses) services of Perth, also straight across the road is a mall with factory outlet stores for the shopper.

We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. -

Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also
included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair
friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't
include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all.
The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there

We booked executive one bedroom apartment. Pleasant villa like accomodation with good facilities including parking right outside door. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

The two-room apartment for 4 persons was cozy and homily for a family trip. Complete with a sitting room, dining area, small kitchenette, laundry and drying facilities in the apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the nearest CAT bus stop for 5 minutes trip to city centre. Walking distance to Swan river and Bell Tower. -

2 bedroom apartment had great living space and balcony. Staff most helpful during booking process and also on phone over weekend when office closed. Alliance Hotel right across the road served fabulous meals, friendly staff and lovely refurbished old pub. Also the little pizza joint was great too,cheap. 7/11 also next to that as well. Good vehicle parking access and great for getting from city around town and to airport. would definitely stay there again if apartment stay required.

Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.
