The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. The upstairs living space with the tv was a great addition to the downstairs living room. Overall it was a very relaxing place to stay. -

A very cosy place that was well furnished. Stayed in Ellenbrook Suite which had a nice spa bath in the bathroom (not sure furnishing of other 3 rooms). Breakfast was fantastic! Dirk and Pam were wonderful hosts! -

Ambience unbelievable, with farmyard feel, geese meandering in the 5 acres of old world charm, and oozing with history and antiques. Amazing array of all sorts of wares to buy displayed in every nook and crany. Breakfast in the barn cosy and inviting. A wonderful retreat at a very affordable price.

Exceptional hotel in Perth. We stayed here on a Saturday night and booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. First impression when you enter the room is WOW!!! It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason.

Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.

It is just beautiful and I would highly recommend this place for couples or a group of couples just wanting to relax and unwind, this place is private and romantic and just gorgeous....I adored the private swimming pool! The customer service was superb. The staff member really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Facilities second to none for ll of Perth, in this price range. I often stay in Perth for work and will be back to N=Banister Suites.
