Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. The beach and indoor pools were great attractions.

The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up! If you are looking for 7 star service at a 2 star rate, look no further! This was the most pleasant surprise. Was it not for the excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction by the staff, it would have been a very ordinary stay.

The motel suited our needs very well as we were mainly in Kalgoorlie to be with our family who were staying at Rydges. We just needed a comfortable bed and clean accommodation and in those regards were very happy with Best Western. -

The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

- In spite of reading many bad reviews re: dated decor I found it in perfectly acceptable repair and the older style decor was lovely and homely.... everything can't be brand new all the -
I liked the room. It had a bath, not a very large one, but at least it had one.
Restaurant was reasonably priced I thought. The garlic bread served as entrée was yummy!
The meal itself was really nice, although my sisters meal said it was wedges and she got chips and the serving of lasagne was too large.
Getting the complementary glass of house wine, on tap beer or soft drink is a great idea!!
Breakfast was altered to suit our time, which was appreciated.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. The trouble that was gone to for our infant i.e. porta cot already set up in our room with a small set of towels and eco soap even though we didn't have to pay for him. I think little touches like this make the hotel special. We didn't have an issue with the

I loved the location. This hotel was right around the corner from a number of malls. The walkways to Northbridge (the cultural district) were very close.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet.

The room is compact but very cosy,comfortable and has everything you need. Especially liked the unit with the fridge that had a drawer with crockery and cutlery so you can enjoy some cheese in the evening with your wine. As soon as we arrived we felt so welcomed by the lovely lady at reception, who also allowed us to check in early as we had a wedding to attend. Was a pleasure to stay here and we will definately be back. Thank you for such great service
