Great location although currently there is construction going on across the road. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms and shared bathrooms were clean. It's very close to the city centre and the important tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the flat screen tv was great. It was really worth the money and I think it will make a great place to stay if you will mostly be outside visiting Melbourne and just need to have a good shower and sleep!

The hotel has been recently renovated and is very clean and tidy. The location is perfect - whithin 5 min. walk from the airport (McDonalds is even closer). It really is walking distance from the airport - under 5 minutes, and reasonably well signposted.
Happily surprised to find bar fridge, coat hangers, mirrors, en suite etc. This is not a Formule 1 anymore, with recent renovations it has certainly gone up a notch.
We got lucky and were on the non-airport side of the building so a view of green hills was a nice surprise.

Refrigerator, Microwave oven and meal utensils so you can make your own food.
The hotel allows late check in and storage of luggage after check out. The staff are helpful.
The hotel is just next to a bus stop so it's also convenient for non-driving travellor.
