Martin was extremely friendly showed us all the points of interest locally and the places to dine out / takeaway meals. Once shown to our room he explained all there was to know about operating the heater, spa and tv / dvd player. The free Wi-Fi internet and free dvd selection from the front office was a bonus. All up a very pleasant experience. C

Good sized room, very clean, comfortable. Well stocked with everything needed and really liked having the kitchenette, although did not use as we were only there one night. Would definitely stay again, especially for a longer stay. Lovely garden surrounds, with bbq area, and as it's set back from main road it is very quiet -

The cleanliness and high standard of the room in general. I have never stayed in a place as clean as the Arkana. The bed and linen was of the highest quality and extremely comfortable. I can not fault this accomadation and will never stay anywhere else in mt gambier again AAA+ -

Cannot find anything negative to say about the establishment. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well planned. The owner was extremely helpful with any queries and local spots to visit. A lovely establishment for a beautiful part of the world. -
