From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks
definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

Very close to beach, and marina, shops, places to eat ( great variety to choose from) public transport. great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Friendly helpful staff all round - very clean. 1 bed apartment - comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom, quality bed and 2 tv's! Rm 505 all good. Pancake house 50m away, backpackers next door didn't bother us. Close to everything. We recommend staying here :) ..lovely meals at Kowloon restaurant, china town and the Stag on the end of Rundle.

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. There was initially a mix up with our rooms but the staff promptly provided a solution and even gave us late check-out, we were very impressed! -

Lovely apartment with great views over the city and beyond (sky view apt). Excellent bed and whole apartment finished to a high standard. Great soundproofing for a nice quiet sleep. Easy access to car park, just down the lift. Garbage disposal also very handy.
Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline.
Would recommend these apartments.

we stayed here for 2 nights the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy we stayed in room 14 which was on the end the indoor pool and spa was great also was the indoor bbq / kitchen we could cook our meals in there close to the city centre and very close to a foodland would also be great for a family with kids and

Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed, good TV and a reasonable sized fridge. The liquid soap dispensers at basin and shower were very handy. The heated spa and pool area is a nice place to hang out if the weather is bad. The free WiFi was very fast in our room, No.2.

excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on
numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished.
