The friendly service, the design of the room, the sight over darling
harbor, the services available in room, laundry service was perfect,
breakfast was amazing because of the variety of food that was available
(asian, european, hot/cold), certainly not the cheapest hotel in

this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Their spa options were great, albeit a little pricey.
Staff were extra helpful and friendly.
The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning.
Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The hotel turned out better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was perfect; the appearance and set up as well as the cleanliness. On top of that, the spa and pool facilities were very good, and the dining was great too.
