Loved the spa bath which was massive. Bed was very comfy. The room itself was also massive with a separate living area which had a massive TV as did the bedroom and loved the fact you could control everything by the remote if you wanted to.Staff were great

  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional... wat mensen zeggen » ly friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding) Your staff were very helpful with maps and things to see in the area the following day. Staff were extra helpful and friendly. The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning. Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.
