We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

  The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. A small outside sitting area on the balcony was great too. Unfortunately the weather was unseasona - I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough. Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and shiny.
