  Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Car parking is provided with Valet Service which worked very well for us (although it is not cheap). Rooms with river o - The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

  Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

  Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!   The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip.   The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. Space was efficiently used, with plenty of cupboards, good kitchen utensils, gas oven/cooker, dishwasher, and separate washing machine ... wat mensen zeggen » area in cupboard to reduce noise. decor was modern. A small outside sitting area on the balcony was great too. Unfortunately the weather was unseasona - I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough. Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and shiny.
